Is it supposed to hurt?

Are root canals supposed to still be sensitive 4-5 days after? I haven't got the crown part yet - and anytime I accidently chew with the filling it's like getting kicked in the head. You really have to love the marketing people at Brown & Haley, I have dental problems, but do I stop eating Almond Roca? (That candy that looks like something they fished out of the litterbox? That foil wrapping isn't there just because it looks pretty. ) Nope, I just sort of chew and gum it down on the other side of my mouth.

Hey! I think I'll throw some in that cold blender coffee Teresa gets at Costco! And maybe a little Kahlua! Or a lot! I'd have it right now but everyone is sleeping and they haven't invented the silent blender yet. That will probably involve lasers.

Walmart really grinds my gears

Teresa just did her weekly Walmart trip, I know that it's the holidays, there is a ham there that was pushing $30. And Tide detergent, everything else was just low key expensive. I get it, tarrifs, rising cost of labor, insurance, yada yada yada. The total was about $225 - I have bought cars for less than than! Not very good cars, I'm just saying. What really grinds my gears though was the blatant lie at the very bottom of the reciept; Low prices You Can Trust. Every Day. A better tagline might be We know, everything is expensive, it's not just us. Maybe put the oreos back? To which I might reply: I got your creme filling right here, Buddy.

Feng Shui my foot, I tripped over the potted plant...

We have been weeding out our books, I've got this little book that advises how to improve the "Feng Shui" around here. Some of it is pretty far out. It says to put a compost pile in the West part of the garden, but goes on to say. it's a good area for "Sunbathing, convalescing, and entertaining" Am I missing a page? I'm Giving my copy away at bookmooch.
