NEVER JET HOT

I was farting around with the Blog settings, added some Googley advertising there, I was inspired because we just got a $100 check (For about two years of ads, but still, better than a poke in the eye!) - I lightened up the background a bit too, hopefully it's easier to read. I know the things I put on the internet look like where Andy Warhol threw up crayons, but it's not like I have a boss here, and only like twelve people a day manage to subject themselves to it. Maybe someday I will hire an eighth grader to redesign the thing, and then mow the lawn.

Ya, our retail discount website has changes style & color scheme again. So if you come back to ThatRestlessMouse.com from an earlier visit, and it looks completely different, don't be alarmed. It's only me, chasing the elusive butterfly of web design. Same goes for THErestlessMouse.com, to a lesser extent. What better way to spend a dark and snowy night than messing around on the internet.

Just ran our site against greatfirewallofchina.org and discovered it is not blocked by the authorities there. I don't know if they just overlooked our puny site, or decided to give us a pass because half the crap we sell is made there, or exactly what the deal is. I guess one of our goals for the website is to be blocked by some totalitarian regime- US Corporate websites don't count. PS Why do they get to be called "authorities" when they are often responsible for banning certain authors? Whoever "they" are.

Our new webstore is really starting to come together, although we don't heed conventional wisdom (site should be spartan with lots of white space and few links) - NONSENSE If you want to look at white space - Fine. Total freaking white space. I can play that game too. .
