is a good idea,i hope it isn't a hoax,it is about time humans put more thought into breeding as well,it isn't only dogs who are overpopulating the earth,it is humans as well.Parents should think about getting the children "fixed" as well,next time when some of you take your dogs to be mutilated,think about it
